Stop with this bullshit. According to USDA’s National Nutrient Database, there are ~8.35 grams of protein per 100 calories for broccoli, and ~15.34 grams of protein per 100 calories of streak. You would need to eat a ton of broccoli to get the same amount of protein as well.
When it comes to the essential amino acid profiles, steak also shits on broccoli.
